Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound pork ribs, diced in small pieces
  • 1/3 Taro root, peeled and cut into cubes
  • Garlic, 3 gloves, smashed
  • Shaohsing rice cooking wine, 1 tsp
  • Soysauce, 1 tbs
  • Olive oil, 1 tbs
  • Sugar, 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Scallion, trimmed

Preparation:

  1. Chop the pork ribs into small pieces. Rinse and dry with kitchen paper. Put in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce in the bowl. Mix the ingredients with the pork ribs. Put in the fridge and marinate for 3 hours.
  3. Peel the taro root and cut it into small cubes. Add a little salt and mix it thoroughly.
  4. Rinse and trim the scallions

Instruction:

  1. On a large plate, place the marinated pork ribs and taro. Mix evenly.
  2. In a large pot, boil water.
  3. When the water boils, put the plate on a rack and steam it for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound pork ribs, diced in small pieces
  • 1/3 Taro root, peeled and cut into cubes

  • Shaohsing rice cooking wine, 1 tsp
  • Soysauce, 1 tbs
  • Olive oil, 1 tbs
  • Sugar, 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Scallion, trimmed

Instructions

    Chop the pork ribs into small pieces. Rinse and dry in a bowl.

    Add salt, pepper, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce in the bowl. Mix and marinate 3 hours ahead or overnight.

    Peel taro root and cut it into small cubes. Add a little salt and mix.

    On a large plate, place the marinated pork ribs and taro evenly.

    Boil water in a large pot or steamer. Steam for 25 minutes.

    Add scallions, and steam for 5 minutes more.
